Doesn’t it depend on what the object of your passion is? Is it to be able to say at the end of the day, my skill or knowledge made someone else’s day/life better? Or was it a means to a bolstered wallet? Does what we trade our time ultimately matter? And what about passion for the things that really matter?Relationships? Like The Lord, your wife, and family?

That's why you find a passion that isn't a job and then get a job that pays enough money in a reasonable time so you can pursue your passion after the work day ends. Quiet quitting is people realising this fact and giving employers only as much as they pay for.

You always pay more for a brand because it renders a greater ongoing value. Therefore it is the more value for money option. There are different values attributed to brands , the aim is to maximise profit through information. Nike can sell a cheap and an expensive running shoe and it does so to maximise profit. Apple sell only premium products to maximise profits. Airline sell different price tickets to maximise profits. What I am trying to say is that different industries have different brand promises to maximise profits. Harley Davidson offers a cult image reminiscent of cowboys riding into the unknown and that’s the way they maximise profits. Every industry has their unique brand language

Who in the right mind would want to live that long? Seriously? Plus he looks like he's sick as hell. His skin is shiny. I'm assuming due to sweating and in every recent picture you see of him his cheekbones are standing out exuberantly.... I mean whatever. If that's what somebody wants to do with their body is fuck with it and try to live forever then I guess go for it. As for me, No way in hell. I'll die when I was meant to die. God already has that planned out And I'm cool with that. I'm not about to try and step into his shoes. I know better. Doing shit like this is almost like you're trying to play God and go, Hey! you can't kill me right now because I can live forever because I have the money to make it happen. Have fun watching all of your friends and family die and then all of their children in offspring die while you're still alive. Is that seriously something that a person would really want to do? Maybe I just don't get it because I'm not a fucking billionaire. All these people with that amount of money are just way outside the realm of normality that us regular folk can't really relate. Good luck to you. I'm not going to be surprised when I read about your death in the paper because you tried some experimental bullshit that your body rejected 🙄

Thanks for explaining this, because it describes my first career. In high school I visited the guidance counselor for help in picking a profession. I dreamed of doing some kind of science research. I looked through his office's career listings. It was 1979, and our school didn't have PC's or laptops. But when I saw that a computer scientist made top $$, my eyes lit up. I enrolled as a Computer Science major, switched to Management Info. Systems, and became a business systems analyst/designer. I wanted computers in science, but the $$ and jobs were in business. It was worth it to forego part of my dream. But I've had some challenging, fun, and well-paid jobs. (Ha, eventually I went back to college and got a 3 year degree in ministry...worked with people for peanuts .)

@@BehindtheBrand In general, people may not understand how to solve their problems. They often know what problems they face and what they desire, but they struggle to find solutions or optimize existing ones. This is the space in where we (people who notice things that can be improved or are simply motivated to make changes to problems that remain unresolved) take the initiative to identify potential solutions and, like ourselves, encourage others to test solutions developed by people who wants to understand how to make our lifes better. thanks!!
